Logo design for BBC 6 Music Dj Gilles Peterson. Gilles' show called ‘Worldwide’ plays music from all over the world. This simple logo combines his initials into a globe shape. The logo was also designed to be used as artwork in various different forms.
OOH advertising designed to promote the annual insect festival held in regents park.
Logo design for a website concept not yet realised. As all problems are also opportunities and ideas for businesses, products and apps I wanted to create a place where people could share and organise their problems so that designers and entrepreneurs had a place to start from when generating ideas.
The aim was to create a logo which represented something raw and un-finished, the starting point for something whilst also suggesting a home for problems. The typeface was scanned in from a book of old signage.
A speculative proposal for imagery to be used as part of an identity for a divorce lawyers.
Many people keep a picture of their partner in the window sleeve of their wallet. If its been in there a long time and you remove it, you are left with a partial print on the sleeve where the photo used to be.
New.vote is a social voting start up which allows users to ask questions and have people vote on the answers. I designed everything from the brand identity to the android app.
The brand identity focuses around ‘ripples’. Inspired by the way social media has help democracy to spread around the world. The aim was to stay away from traditional voting checkboxes and create a simple logo which would also work as an animation when a vote was made.
I also designed the entire app which was native to android and iOS.
A logo design for a record label set up by Noah Francis Johnson. Noah himself is quite iconic looking so when I suggested we use his head for the logo he thought it was a great idea.
Re branding project for luxury umbrella brand, Walpole. This included logo, stationary, a full set of brand guidelines, key visuals for press advertising which I photographed, graphic design for social media channels and brochure / membership pack.

A scrap of paper that was used as a reference for an ad campaign I was working on. This image feels quite sinister to me and sums up the way advertising uses human emotions to sell things.
A business card handed to me in the street by a drug dealer. I like how his typography suggests chaotic drug fuelled partys in a subtle way.
Some nice road markings I came across.
One of the only drawings I did from a life drawing class I went to that I liked. I'm not good at drawing but if you use only geometric shapes or something stylised is still possible to do something likeable even if you are not very good.
A small format whisky tasting notes book with leather cover, designed to showcase the Glenfiddich whisky range. Additional illustrations were created by me and made to match the style of those which had already been produced as part of Glenfiddichs new brand guidelines. Designed first in English and then adapted to Russian.
